It is in excellent cosmetic and operating condition See pictures. I purchased this unit from a municipal surplus offer. I have installed new batteries. I am selling a Whites Electronics PCL600 Pipe And Cable Locator, with hard case, cables, ground spike and manuals.

This unit is in beautiful condition. This item does not appear to have ever been used. Other than a minor bit of damage on one corner the case, and some scuffs bottom from sitting shelf, this unit doesn't show any signs wear. Please look over the pictures.

Those batteries were dead, when I tested them, so stuck a couple of new Energizer in the two units. It comes with everything you see pictured. The original 9v batteries that the unit shipped with were still shrink-wrapped and their little indention's in case.
